About the Area

Our home is located in a master-planned community named Sandoval in Cape Coral, FL.

Sandoval has a gated entry, winding streets and wide sidewalks for walking or biking.

The lush landscaping has a Caribbean flair and includes 20 lakes and several parks. It is

just a short drive from Ft. Myers, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island or Pine Island. We are

minutes away from many excellent restaurants and shopping areas. We are adjacent to

the Royal Tee Golf Club.

Community Center

The center includes a beautiful resort style pool with a 75 foot water slide, a fitness center

with lockers, showers and meeting rooms. Weekly planned activities include swimming

lessons, exercise classes, movie and game nights, scrapbooking club, wine club and more.

The center also has courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball. We have another

swimming pool conveniently located on our street as well.
